Around the bend, she spotted a rabbit ahead of her. Dive In quickened her pace, the other rabbit a moving goal for the eager kin. The other rabbit, aware of her competitor, also hopped faster. Still, it wasn't long before Dive In reached her.
Dive In was faster, but she had exerted a lot of energy to close the distance. But she felt renewed energy whenever the other rabbit moved ahead of her. They stayed just besides each other for a distance before the other rabbit made a misstep and Dive In, deftly maneuvering through the bumpy terrain, kept going.

10. You spot a dark shadow and look up to see a crow getting ready to swoop! You manage to find a hiding place in time to avoid the crow and continue on your way. +2 Tickets
Having pulled ahead of the other rabbits, Dive In continued on her way. She was the only rabbit in sight across an open field. She slackened her pace a little to rest her legs for the next race.
The world darkened around her as a large shadow was cast on her. Looking up, she saw a crow, looking much bigger in her small body than Dive In remembered. It looked to be coming towards her with its talons out. Dive In had little experience as a rabbit, but she knew what danger looked like. Spotting a hiding spot, she sprinted towards it, as if her life depended on it (because she was pretty sure it does). She managed to get to safety in what felt like a nick of time. A different kind of adrenaline rush, one Dive In was not used to.

Dive In perhaps got a little too relaxed, and she did not see the ice patch ahead of her until she felt her legs slipping underneath her. She managed to catch herself and jumped forward into the grass. Looking behind her, she saw that it was quite small, most of it having melted away.
