As The Inventor, a kin that calls to mind da Vinci and Tesla, she is the solver of problems, always thinking outside the box. She finds clever and sometimes simple solutions to things, and invents new paths to unexpected ends. She could grant cleverness and creativity to clutches, and bless the mother with the patience to potentially deal with such children.
While she may seem like a drunken idiot futzing about with logs and fruit, Tipsy is very in tune with the world and its rhythms. She thinks about things on many levels, from the minutiae of everyday life, to the massiveness of existence and the effects of one on the other. The spiritual nature she speaks of when under the influence is really just an overarcing philosophy of the universe and the balance within it. As a legendary, she would seek to continue this philosophy by correcting imbalances and seeing to it that the world turns in the proper way at the proper time. As such, she would be more likely to bless those who have lost something in the past, whether it was friends, family, or even a familiar.
