Even as a lamb, he found himself easily distracted, always running to catch up to his twin. Perhaps it was lucky that they were taken in by calm beachgoers, he never would have survived in a typical Totoma pack.
His distracted nature had actually prepared him well for his job among the tribe. When he would help his fathers with their food orders, he always kept a level head during the big rushes. He was used to falling behind, so his bursts of focus and cool nature worked well to get him through his tasks. After the triumph of a particularly difficult summer day, his tribe put a name to what he was so good at, playing catch-up.

When she was unable to break down a downed tree that threatened her home, she took a deep breath and a break, before returning with mustered strength to break the thick trunk.

@Scaramouche FandangoI fixed it up, but just to clarify: the uncert should be the accurate version of the Kin, and the cert has been updated to reflect that. It's likely that the nose spike and off-side shoulder scale on the certed version resulted from the uncert having been merged into one of his brothers' on the cert. The urls have been updated to crossedcall.gif and crossedcall_uncert.png. Thank you! - J
