[B] Blood running down (Mesmerize x Gloom)

Mesmerize buckled down and went to the watering hole looking for a legendary. His floating crystals meant his arrival was heard a good distance away. He scanned the trees and the moving shadows. He wasn't sure what he was looking for. Legendaries started out as kin right? Did they become some hindwalker creep that stalked other kin? He had heard they were helpful so taking a leap of faith that all would be well, he went looking for one. Squeezing between bushes, one of his crystals and his left horn snagged on a brambleberry bush. Since he was here already and it was a fine season for berries, he chewed on nearby berries thoughtfully. Soon enough he had a red river climbing down his abundant fur. He was completely lost in thought that he didn't notice he was not alone at the watering hole.

Gloom heard the soft tinkling before he saw the acha. He was still a distance away and when he managed to get closer, the acha was already lost in thought and oblivious to his surroundings. The more Gloom observed the more bemused he was by the other acha's single minded determination. Regardless of being stuck in the bush, the acha made the best of the situation and found himself a snack. The ability to bounce back in the face of adversity impressed the stag and the more he looked, the hungrier he got. His stomach rumbled in agreement. Since an avalanche could fall and the buck wouldn't notice, Gloom did not try to hide his steps and joined the acha on the other side of the bush. The berries did look tasty. He took a bite and a few more.
