[PRP] Worm [ Painted Rose / Bitter End ]

[imgleft]http://matope.pixel-blueberry.com/image ... uncert.png[/imgleft]Painted Rose had heard a lot about the miracle of motherhood. She should have realised it was bunk when she'd asked her own mother, and Blush had just hemmed and hawed and ultimately deflected the question.

Painted Rose didn't feel like she was glowing.

Painted Rose felt like a worm.

A very bloated worm.

She didn't like it.

She wouldn't go as far as to say that the sacs felt like parasites in her body - because, to be honest, she wasn't really sure she could explicitly feel them (another bunk story from the miracle of motherhood bunk), but she sure felt heavy, and she sure didn't like it when they sometimes decided to kick.

She had dimly hoped that becoming a mother would fill that void in her soul, but all it did was fill up her gut.

She sighed and rolled into the grass.

To boot, it was very cold.

It swiftly rolled over her prone body, little toes pattering over her limp limbs, as if with intent to curl around her. Well, it was a cold night.

Ugh, what was that? Was that an actual worm? It looked disgusting.

She couldn't kick her kids back for kicking her, but she could kick that.

So she booted it.

[Maxx]

The furry worm, seemingly taken by surprise, was flung away onto the grass, and it let out a clicky little gasp from its beak. Eyes glowing, it irately curled away and slithered up upon a wide mushroom step growing from a tree.

Shouldn't be allowed, kicking so hard when you're all preggo like that.

So Painted Rose might have heard in her head, drifting from the big worm's direction.

Painted Rose slowly turned to properly look at the worm, noting its glowing eyes and weird long fringe.

"Ugh," she groaned, "why'd you choose a hideous form like that?"

[Maxx]

"To ascertain one's true colours in the face of danger!" She snapped, shaking her hair out, "and as it turns out you're a horrible little girl."

"A very swelly horrible little girl."

Oh, thankfully she was much better as a mare.

"Yes," she agreed, "it sucks. I feel like a worm - but not one as hideous as you were. Just a normal one, without that beak and hands paws nonsense."

[Maxx]

- and she turned into a caveworm, gesticulating to herself.

But pregnancy sucks, yeah.

Painted Rose regarded the normal worm. Amazingly, it was less horrid.

"Yes," she said, "something like that. But bloaty. Can you make me unpregnant?"

[Maxx]

"No," End said as a mare again, glowing eyes contemplating this horrid swollen little girl and she was sure the Motherfather's watchful eyes boring into her own horrid little soul, "but I can make you more pregnant."

[Jun]

"Why would I want that?!"

[Maxx]

"Too late," she said airily, "that's the whim and blessing of the Motherfather. Happy birthing!"

Then she stubbornly turned back into a furry worm and pitter-pattered away.

[Jun]

"UGGGGHHHHH," she groaned.

"I HOPE YOU GET SQUASHED," she called after the worm.

Oh well. It wasn't like she could feel one sac more or less, anyway.
