The mountains had been a colder place than usual. More fights than seemed necessary, odd creatures that didn't look wholly natural. Bares Her Soul didn't mind a good fight now and again, but even for her, it was becoming too much. She started to seek out some alone time now and again, though that wasn't always the smartest thing these days, it was easy to come across many creatures who were more aggressive than was normal, and be attacked. Still, a small animal or two was better than yet another fellow totoma crying for her blood, or whatever else.
Of course she was unaware given where she currently was in the mountains of a strange obelisk causing all the strange happenings there in the mountains. Was unaware of a group of kin having come up into the mountains from a place called a swamp. All she knew right now is she had found some peace and quiet for a few moments, and she was enjoying it for the moment.
