Dancing Spider's first memory is his name dream, full of spiders. And ever since hatching he has had a love for bugs and other creepy crawlies. But always spiders first. It had been his dream to gather a small herd of giant spider pets and teach them to dance. To have a traveling circus.

So far he has tamed all of one spider, a pretty orange girl he named Pumpkin. But soon after he met Leaper and then they had kids. Their eggs have yet to hatch, but the two are planning a clan all about raising and training bugs. With a side of discovery and education too.

It is clear Dancing Spider hopes it will be a family venture, but he is very willing to take in non-family to help. After all, strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.

Tribe Rules
1. Be kind to each other, kin and critter alike. Anyone found being cruel will be booted from the tribe.
2. Dancing Spider's rule is law, Leaper too.
3. Everyone should be pulling their weight. No moochers here.
4. Really, rule one should cover it all. Use your common sense and conscience to guide you. If in doubt, ask yourself how you would feel if someone did or said it to you.

Mission Statement

If you ask Dancing Spider, the mission of his tribe is to gather and train giant spiders ("Ok ok and other bugs too.. but spiders are best!") to dance, or other assorted tricks. And lavish them with love and treats ("But not too many, fat spiders are not healthy spiders.").

For the rest of the tribe's members, there is deeper meaning to the tribe. It is not just about the shenanigans that go on on stage. It is about learning about the critters in the swamp that are often found to be scary and creepy. To care for them and teach other kin that they are not actually scary monsters to be feared. But instead, that they are also creatures that the MotherFather created, like all the rest. And that they do, in fact, deserve care and love as well.

You do not have to actually own a bug pet or familiar to join. You just have to like them. Also, you can own other pets and familiars. Just please, train them to play nice. Honestly, that goes for all pets and familiars. Please don't let them eat each other. ;_;

Performances

At this moment, the tribe has no set performance times. To schedule one, talk to Dancing Spider or Leaper.

Territory

The tribe has no set territory. Instead they travel around, making camp in one spot for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. If you would like to host them in your territory, speak to Dancing Spider or Leaper.

It should be noted, that if you do choose to host them, they will be respectful of your rules. So long as your rules do not provide a conflict of interest, in which case Dancing Spider will respectfully decline the offer of hosting, and performance (as well as any other) requests made.

Rolls

Kin and critters can have more than one roll, but Dancing Spider will gently (or not) remind you, you do not have super powers.

• Kin rolls
• Performers/Trainers
  These are the kin who train their pets to perform, and/or perform with them.
• Breeders ((See note at bottom of this post))
  These kin are in charge of tracking the lineages of tribe pets to keep inbreeding from happening.
• Care providers
  These kin care for pets during times their owner cannot. They will also baby sit any young kin in the tribe or audience.
• Hunters
  These kin provide meat for any kin or pet who is carnivore or omnivore. They may use the help of non-bug type pets to do so.
• Gatherers
  These kin provide plant based food for kin and pets, who are herbavores and omnivores.
• Guards
  These kin, with or without the help of pets, keep the tribe safe
• Scouts
  These kin recruit other kin to join, advertise the tribe and sometimes find wild critters to tame.

• Pet & Familiar rolls
• Performers
  These pets are trained for performing
• Hunters & Guards
  These pets are trained to help hunt and guard the camp.
• Scouts
  These pets accompany kin scouts, to help out as guards and hunters while the scouts are away from home.

((IMPORTANT Breeder info! Your kin does not need to be a breeder to breed their pets or familairs. However, your kin does need to report to any tribe breeders if their pet or familiar does breed. Do this by PMing sheepcakes with your pet/familiar and the other person's pet/familiar and the certs to the children. If you want to report to a breeder who is not owned by sheepcakes, still PM sheepcakes, and then quote the owner of the breeder in this thread to plot out that interaction/decide if you want to RP it.))
