Shattered was lost in thought as he plodded along, literally bumping into the tall mare, surprise spluttering from him as he found himself landing hard on his backside. Looking up at her, she smiled down at him a gentle noise from her as she apologized for knocking him over, and made sure he was alright as he stood. Looking him over there was a small note of pleased surprise, and a gentle "I think you and I ran into one another for a reason young one." he breathed in a note, and he cleared his throat quietly, a nod of his head.
"I'm going to guess you found yourself in the company of another buck...and at some point you ate a pretty flower while in his company...?" the buck looked up at her with surprise on his face. How did she know? But he also relaxed. That...explained so much actually and she gave a low laugh, a motherly sound. "You're....very wise..." his words were low, hesitant, but he meant it.
They talked quietly for a time, it more one sided than not, though he reacted in his own way to Guardian's words, making it easy enough to talk with him. Finally she eased to her hooves, having settled with him in a shaded area where they could be comfortable. "Before I go, let me help you a little yes?" "Help?" "A blessing for you, and the life you carry, a blessing from the MotherFather. You're a very nice buck, young one. Perhaps a little stubborn, and yet a little uncertain of yourself. May the MotherFather bless your young with the ability to know when to be certain of themselves and situations, when to back down as needed, and the wisdom to know when to throw caution to the wind and follow their hearts as you yourself did, so they too can be happy like you are." she touched her nose to his forehead lightly, and he breathed out, releasing tension he didn't know he was carrying. "Thank you." With a smile, Guardian continued on her way, happy she'd been able to help him with more than just a blessing really.
