[PRP] One of Us [The Pure/Bleed For Me]

Post by Ruriska »

They followed the blood and the whispers.

Word had traveled to Chosen One that somebody was searching for him. He had waited, many ears listening, waiting, sending him word - and now the time had come for him to deign to grace that someone with his presence. They had done enough, they had spilt enough blood. They were -

Bleed For Me.

It was a beautiful name.

Chosen One was looking forward to meeting her.

Violence in the dusk light, the sharp metallic scent of blood. And Thrall, the pretty little Acha male, Chosen One’s son, stepped through the leaves to face the doe.

There he stood, unperturbed by any danger he could be in and smiling gently.

“Hello,” he said with the sweetest honeyed voice.

[imgleft]https://matope.pixel-blueberry.com/imag ... uncert.png[/imgleft] The scent was strong. Copper in the air. She could taste it on her tongue and a single emotion lit her up like wildfire. Rapture.

The unfortunate Kin who she had tracked down was, sadly, not so lucky. There was nothing euphoric about his current state. The rock beneath his head was dark with blood, as was the tree he'd made first contact with, after refusing to answer her. No-one refused her. At least not for long. And with a purpose she was even more ruthless. A wild, vicious dog off a tether.

She circled him. Her cold gaze almost lifeless except for that deep spark. It wasn't quite easy to read but whatever it was.. it was unnerving.

"No second chance. Tell me whe-"

She halted, the leaves rusted close by and she couldn't miss what stepped from the foliage. It were as though the sun lit up the swamp. His colors were dazzling. What was this? Some good Samaritan? Great.

Stepping over the fallen buck she narrowed her eyes at this newcomer. His hello met with a hostile gaze. 'Don't interfere'. It said.

Thrall was unflinching when faced by her hostility but delicately so, almost subservient, every line of his body aiming to please. His smile was soft, unthreatening.

He never even glanced at the broken buck, he only had eyes for her.

“I would never,” he cooed, his voice a gentle caress. “Though, if I may, only when you are done, ask what it is you seek?”

He already knew but this was the game he needed to play.

Bleed For Me stood unmoving, like a stone, over the broken Kin beneath her. The only sign he was still alive the shallow rise and fall of his chest. She wasn't one for posturing or making a show. Her actions almost always spoke the volumes she herself did not.

This kin with his soothing words, something was strange about him, the intensity of his gaze purpose filled. Was he looking for her? No-one looked for her. No-one with any sense anyway.

"The Pure." Her back hoof connected with the lower ribs of the kin beneath her as she took a few steps toward the Acha. The injured kin groaned audibly though seemed to take this as a sign that she was done with him. Limping to his hooves and vanishing into the brush as fast as he possibly could.

"Do you know where they are?" Flat, empty, if she were excited by the prospect that this Acha had what she needed it was buried too deep to be seen.

@Ruriska (Ohgod. I am so sorry this took so long. I think I can finally RP again. xD )
