[PRP] Good News [Clean Cut x Cold Dawn]

Anyone who knew Clean Cut would be surprised to ever see him rush anywhere. The buck himself would feel the same, if not more so, at the idea that he could ever feel such a need to pick up his pace.

Even when he learned that his mate was pregnant, he did not haste in his efforts to speak to their parents for advice. When he searched for a legendary, he still kept himself under control.

But now? Now things were, in just enough small ways to count, different. He could not find Cold Dawn soon enough. He felt like if he didn't share the precious news as quick as he could, he might explode.

And that frenetic energy alone was terrifying for such a buck.

He raced to find the mother of his children, hoping she was in one of the places she returned to regularly by habit. She was the only one who would understand how much he needed to let it all out and return to his usual state of control, good news be damned.

And then, after that, maybe he could enjoy the news proper and not feel like he wanted to tear his skeleton apart from his own flesh. More importantly, enjoy it with her.
