Just Breathe let a slow, long, breath leave her body as she and the doe next to her stretched away from the ground and into a fully standing position. They'd been stretching and focusing on relaxed breathing for awhile. Breathe's new companion had turned out to be an interesting, if a little boisterous, student. She didn't mind, though. The Swamp provided based on the needs of its children; so surely they had a need of each other.
"Very good," Breathe said softly, "we can stop for a moment to get some water."
She nodded her head in the direction of an assortment of light snacks, mostly nuts and bugs, and a turtle shell full of collected rain water.
"You deserve a rest."

Re: [PRP] Introductory Yoga (Just Breathe & Flustered)
[imgright]https://matope.pixel-blueberry.com/imag ... uncert.png[/imgright]Just Breathe was motherly. Kind, soft-spoken, and gentle, the doe embodied everything that Flustered admired in a doe... and she was small and dainty, as well! She smiled as she leaned into the last stretch, holding it for a moment as she felt the gentle burn of her muscles straining to do something they weren't quite accustomed to.
It was a nice feeling.
She smiled brightly at the other doe as she was instructed to take a break. "Thanks, teach. I'm feeling great," she said as she stepped forward, before taking a sip of water, and taking the time to pick off a couple living bugs straying close to the doe's preserved food. "My back's doing so much better with these stretches you've been showing me, but I'm finding they're not really challenging me the way they were. If I promise I won't hurt myself, would you consider showing me something a little more complicated?"

Re: [PRP] Introductory Yoga (Just Breathe & Flustered)
"I'm glad to hear it, dear."
A delighted smile grew as her student finished her stretch. Teach. Just Breathe had to admit she'd never met anyone quite like Flustered before. Brusque, slightly flamboyant, exceptionally strong, and very much the sweetest doe possible. Her eyes followed her student to be sure she was eating as well as getting some much needed water.
"Oh?"
Satisfied to see the other doe nab some insects Just Breathe moved to the food as well. She took a dainty bite of the nuts as she sat down to rest and used the moment to think- She supposed they had been meeting enough that it was time to increase the necessary skill to get the most enjoyment out of their routine. "That's only natural," she concluded out loud. "We can work on those when next we meet."

Re: [PRP] Introductory Yoga (Just Breathe & Flustered)
Flustered postitively glowed at Just Breathe's response. She was improving! It was such a good way to limber up before a hunt or just a good run, and with the temperatures flirting with freezing and melting temperatures, anything she could do to keep active without covering too much ground meant that many more ways to improve herself without risking injury.
"Awesome! I'd love to get your feedback on my running form sometime, too-- maybe once this muddy weather clears up a bit? Either once it freezes properly, or once things start to dry enough that I can find a good circuit." After all, if the doe knew how to move a body in ways to help heal injuries, she could be trusted to look out for potential injury risks, too, at least in Flustered's opinion!
She happily settled down, tucking in for a few good bites of the offered snacks now that she saw her mentor was taking her own downtime as well. Hard work deserved good rest, after all!

Re: [PRP] Introductory Yoga (Just Breathe & Flustered)
Breathe smiled warmly at Flustered and took a moment to enjoy the overflowing exuberance that the younger doe brought to everything. Her children, and even her grandchildren, were mostly all as reserved and gentle in their happiness as she was. Flustered was like a warm sun beam and it was invigorating. She nodded thoughtfully at the request to asses Flustered's running movements. "That's a very good idea," she said softly, "no sense in hurting yourself if we can avoid it."
Pausing to eat silently for a few moments she stopped mid-chew as though she remembered something. "Though," she finally spoke with a swallow, "I don't know that much about optimal running techniques. That may be something we ask my son about some other time."
@Anhelisk (tag finally!)

Re: [PRP] Introductory Yoga (Just Breathe & Flustered)
"Oh!" It took her by surprise, at first. Flustered blinked, and tilted her head, before blurting out everything else that was sticking in her craw.
"I had no idea. You're so... youthful! Not that having had foals is a bad thing, or belies youth, I'm just... Oh, I've stuck my hoof in it...."
