As she continued on, Waters Grace nearly missed the little crab digging a hole near the base of a tree, probably looking for a snack. In an effort not to scare it, she started to tread a little lighter.

Waters Grace heard a strange chittering in the grass nearby. Slowing her steps, she approached the creature. As she found the small dirt patch clearing it was in, she gasped when she saw it. "Oh wow. I didn't know that you all could look like...octopuses? That's...that's kind of endearing," she said.

There was still a lot to check out around these parts, and they could hear the sound of many other kin trying their luck at the hunt, too. This place must have had a whole lot of interesting animals for so many kin to check it out over the other, more materially-focused festival offerings... Interesting.

They sniffed out a path in the opposite direction this time, hoping to find another new and exciting friend.
