He tends to ask questions that one either finds stupid or out of nowhere and it can lead his so-called patients to question whether he knows anything at all. He's rather poor at socializing because his interest falls into things most would only give a passing glance at. Indeed there is a chance that he would seem useless at first glance. Although if any animal is injured and happens upon him, he'll show his worth and is usually, perhaps grudgingly, appreciated.
