Roaming, wandering, wondering. The world is a mystery, it is strange and expansive and bright. There is warmth to soothe him when the sky is bright but when the darkness comes, the warmth leaves and coolness chills him. His wandering is aimless, he seeks and wonders about what he would care to find but perhaps might never truly find. After all, he has no idea as to what he is looking for, what his mind seeks. There is snow in his mind, snow over everything that could have ever been his to recall. Everything is lost and that is why he searches, seeks, and wanders. Perhaps, one day, his lost memories will return.

Sleeping during the day to remain awake at night,
Gazing to the sky and wondering where they hide, those lights,
Always and forever; searching for hidden constellations bright.

The soothing sound is close, so close and yet so far. You ease around a fallen log, expecting the source of the sound to be so much further off but there, the splash of water and droplets all around your hooves as you step into a shallow depression. The water is clear, the bottom just there but, a few paces away, the sound you had been following for what seemed like the longest of times. Shallow waterfalls, drifting down several small tiers, greet your gaze as you take in the sight. You had expected something perhaps so much bigger and yet, this is perfect, it's just right. You need nothing more than the soft sound and the area make for a perfect home. These shallow waterfalls will be yours.

When you are littler than the others, it's easy for them to overlook you. It's easy to be left behind, lost within the foliage that surrounds you but that has never stopped her. With a heart as big as they come, no matter what happened, she always was one to forgive easily. It wasn't their fault that she was slight; it wasn't their fault that her coat made it easy for her to become unseen when she was surrounded by greenery. Even from a young age, she couldn't hold a grudge and, to those who came to know her, she became Forgives Easily.
