- 1 chuck roast
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 24 ounces baby red potatoes
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/4 cup W sauce
- rosemary
- black pepper

Instructions:
- Sear chuck roast
- Add to crock pot w/ beef stock and W sauce
- Add rosemary and black pepper to taste
- Add baby carrots and baby red potatoes
- Cook on low for 8 hours
