The doe stretched lazily, the warmth of the sun on her skin indicating that it was probably time to arise and begin her day. For once, she had something to do - someone to seek. As it happened, she'd made a new friend and that friend had turned to.. something more..
The zikwa's breath hitched in her throat - the haziness of sleep quickly disappearing. Oh, right. Something more indeed. She took a steadying breath and rose to stand, quickly inspecting the flowers of her garden before she bid them farewell and set off. Around her little area, she was able to traverse based on memory - a skill that was painfully learned - but she was nervous about going into unknown territory. Hopefully she wouldn't have to go far.
Her familiar Rest fluttered throughout the trees so she would be able to somewhat guide her back if need be.

[B] Tired. [ Asleep in the Garden x ???? ]
A nearby stream gurgled merrily as it rolled past the zikwa in a bubbling, thin path, its banks lined with reeds and marshes. In a cluster of trampled down grass, a strange sort of eaglehound was nosing around, paws prodding the uneven ground, a long, spiky tail swaying from side to side behind it. For a few seconds, it didn't seem to notice that there was someone passing by, but then it said, aloud,
"Hello. Are you looking for me?"
"Hello. Are you looking for me?"

The zikwa startled, unaware of the others presence until it spoke and she took a cautious step back. "Oh, I don't know. Am I?" She spoke slowly, her voice the drawl of someone who was holding back a yawn. "I seek a blessing. It's my first time.. I don't.. really know what to do or say." She took a sharp breath. "Truthfully I'm a bit frightened. What if I do everything wrong? What do I do if they are sickly or born angry?"
