RP: He decided to champion the mice faction. Mice were tiny and much more likely to be hurt if someone wasn't careful, plus they hadn't ever pecked him like some other certain marshfowls he happened to know. Plus it would be easier to carry it around to other booths. He'd rather like a small companion, he was a little lonely with Harmony away and outside of her territory.

RP:The forst leg of Smoldering Ember's climb was slow going and tedious. He felt winded from all the activity he had already done earlier in the day. After a short stop and taking in the sight of the mountain while considering a more efficient route to take for the next bit, he continues on. This leg of the climb is faster and much easier now that he's got his bearings.
