As he walked his thoughts wandered wondering what their kids would be like as they grew. He could imagine them running around the swamp getting into all sorts of mischief and it made him smile. As he walked a pale moth caught his attention and he stopped to admire it floating past, feeling a warmth filling him as he did.
He truly hoped that no matter what, their children ended up finding what made them happiest in their lives no matter what it might be. Going through life happy and enjoying yourself was so much better than going through it feeling miserable and hating everything.
Caretaker broke into a soft laugh as the moth landed on his head causing him to toss it after a few moments. "Go on little moth. Go be happy, just like I hope my children will be!" the moth hovered there a few moments and he felt a sense of peace wash over himself as it floated off. He couldn't begin to say why he felt so calm after all that but he wasn't going to knock it.
