It was actually a complete accident that Fragment had wandered into the swamp witch's misty bower. It was the sort of serendipitous yet somewhat melancholic coincidence that characterised much of his dealings with the world, including the recent dalliance that made this coincidence serendipitous - not that he had been aware.

This buck was so bright and pretty that he almost glowed in the dark and dank surroundings that led to their Sleepless' witchy abode. Given the meandering movement, he seemed to be the perfect type of kin to bite.
