Hero's was home at the RRT. He didn't come back all that often- Too busy going out and doing dastardly deeds.

... This time maybe too dastardly. He'd met a girl. She was scary, strict, and wonderful. It might even be love.
Well, in so much as now kids were expected to be on their way.

He looked around for his grandfather, knowing he needed a legendary, but not all that hard if he was being honest. Watch Me would find him eventually.

Watch Me loved all of his children. He just loved some a little more than others. Equality was all well and good but sometimes a child just had that little extra pizazz, like being born an Acha. And of course Paradise was a lovely girl but her children were a little meh and so Watch Me thought he should be forgiven that when Prize mentioned, ‘Hero seems to be looking for you’ that he answered with a puzzled, ‘who?’.

In his defense, he had so many children and grand-children that he could hardly be expected to remember them all. Especially the boring ones.

But he did eventually trot on over and the Kiokote buck was familiar enough for him to privately murmur, ‘oooh him’. He was also going to be a father, apparently. Judging by that little tingle Watch Me was getting. How marvelous!

“Hero! So, who’s your new lover?” He got in close, bumping shoulders and winking. His gaze shifted to the surrounding tribe, eyeing off each Acha in turn, fully expecting that surely with this smorgasbord of gorgeous potential mates on offer, it had to be one of them.

Hero blinked. He figured Watch Me would find him because he was expecting and the other was a Legendary ... he did not expect this.

Whatever this was.

"I. Well. I don't think you know her. She's not really part of the troupe and she's a kimeti. So..." he let the sentence trail off.

"That's not going to be a problem is it?"

Watch Me visibly deflated.

“No,” he sighed.

It wasn’t a problem. Watch Me had come a long way from before, a lot more inclusive, even letting non-Acha kin perform in his troupe. But one could hope.

“You’ll need a blessing I suppose. Something fun. Are you still running about playing pretend? Doing dastardly things?” Apparently he did remember some things about his less interesting grandchildren. “May they be as imaginative as their father and as beautiful as their grandmother, Rouge, the Acha.”

He paused for a moment, brows raised suggestively at the MotherFather but since she was everywhere and everything he was just staring off into the distance for a while.

“Ahem, yes, anyway, oh and as talented as their grandfather as well. Also healthy, I suppose. And have a good appetite. Yes, that should be good. Blessed day to you, MotherFather.”

Job completed, Watch Me looked back at Hero and gave a satisfied smile. “You probably won’t get all of that but I figure if you ask for a lot, you’ll get more than nothing.”

Hero felt a little bad watching his grandfather deflate, but the instant the words 'playing pretend' were thrown about that feeling resolved itself quite neatly.

Letting Watch Me do his thing uninterrupted felt like the best thing to do, despite the long pause of staring off into nothing, but as soon as he was done the younger kio smiled awkwardly and cleared his throat.

"Thanks," he said. "I didn't get one the last time I had kids and one of them turned out..." Oh, how should he put it?

"Weird. I think you'd like them, though. Flair for the dramatic." And an acha.

He looked down at his hooves for a bit in case there was anything else he needed to be told or needed to say- And once it was clear that there wasn't he cleared out his throat one more time.

"Well, thanks again. See ya."

And with that he ran off. He had villainy to commit.
