[PRP] Bigger Is Better [Destroy All Monsters/Once Broken]

Post by Jun »

If Once Broken had been in his right mind, he might have rightly thought that eating this mangled share could be kind of disgusting.

He was not in his right mind.

He was in the kind of mind that...actually liked that it could be kind of disgusting.

One day he may look back on himself with pity.

Not today.

"Thank you," he said, infusing the words with - not just gratitude, but also reverence.

And then he savoured every bite of the disgusting fish tail.

:drooling:

In consuming the fish, in all its disgusting glory, Once Broken unlocked a primordial part of Destroy All Monster’s brain.

Like a mother lion imprinting on a baby gazelle.

He dove back into the ocean, scouring the water and hunting in wide circles until he returned with another tidbit. This time an octopus, who was gamely trying to dissuade the giant toothed beast from eating him with wildly flailing tentacles.

This he offered to Once Broken in its entirety, though the Totoma was going to have to peel the many limbed creature from Destroy’s grasp.

Okay maybe today, because the increasing proximity of the desperate octopus was beginning to sucker reality back into his brain. But he just had to take one look at the handsome beast offering this slimy bouquet of tentacles to him, and his hormones were in overdrive again.

What could he say? He was in the middle of the ocean and the thirst was real.

Without a word - but with intense, hopefully steamy, eye contact - he began peeling the octopus, limb by sticky limb, off Destroy.

There was some difficulty involved with taking on the octopus.

It did not seem keen on either set of teeth and was putting up a valiant struggle, including trying to shove some tentacles into Destroy All Monsters nostrils. He responded by biting one of its many legs off.

All the while he maintained steady approving eye contact that was not at all steamy but at least acknowledged that he thought the Totoma was doing a great job accepting the dubious fishy offerings.

That was the last straw.

The indifferent way that the Kiokote chomped off the errant tentacle destroyed the barely-resistent dam of propriety within him. What was an octopus, but the conduit of his (obliviously one-sided) emotions? He had to accept this gift within him. He must.

He ate it.

He ate the octopus.

He ate it, bite by certain bite.

He watched eagerly as the octopus was consumed, his own belly still rumbling with hunger but content in the knowledge that he had provided.

Soon the octopus was no more, just a lingering taste in their mouths, salty and meaty.

“Stay here,” Destroy ordered.

Then he disappeared once more, down into the waves, this time to sate his own hunger. He would return, eventually, to herd his new Totoma to a sheltered cove to weather the approaching storm, and if there were also some strange flowers there for someone to munch on, then it would be a cozy night indeed.

End! :P
