Caveats: Completely open! On a lore-level, I'd like to say this type of Lynx originated from the Mountains like real Pallas Cats- but its long tail is quite fetching, and the world is getting smaller in the wake of the Obelisks. So it's perfectly fine to say a kin came across one in the swamp, either through a deliberate breeding effort or maybe just another kin's fun mountain cat intermixing with the local Lynx population.
