Pregnancy had been far more difficult than she could have ever imagined. Everything You Wanted had been overcome by lethargy the moment the thought of finding a Legendary had entered her mind. She'd taken a step and that had been the end of that.

It was hard to say how long she was there, lain out like a beached whale unable to find the energy to move. Every time she'd thought she'd rallied the energy to move, she'd fallen into a restless sleep instead. And yet, every time she'd woken she'd been in the company of a quiet but cuddly swan.

Atone had found the kiokote relatively quickly and her sour mood with the weather had quicken been surmounted by concern. It was common enough to be overcome by lethargy, especially while pregnant, but it was uncommon for soon-to-be-mothers to lounge in it like this kiokote had. She curled up close to the kiokote, wings splaying out to give the poor doe some cover of warmth.
