Starting in August 2020, Matope has a Patreon, originally intended as a way to recoup some of the costs of servers and domains, as well as to fund various projucts to improve the site such as a better dice system, a raffle system, easier granting of items, and many more!

The Patreon is completely opt-in, but if you should choose to participate, you can unlock special rewards.

Duckweed Tier ($5 per month)
At this tier, you are a dedicated regular helping us out!
Water Lily Tier ($10 per month)
At this tier, you are a special supporter with exclusive access!
Mangrove Tier ($15 per month)
At this tier, you are ascendant, really pushing to help making Matope bigger and better all the time!
Obelisk Tier ($20 per month)
At this tier, you are on a level above, and we couldn't thank you any more!

In addition, longterm Patreons will receive special benefits from their dedication and steadfastness in the form of special Lifetime Goals! This means that once your total donations via Patreon hit this level, you will be granted the following items on the forums:

* $25 - chibi plush token
* $50 - salamander egg
* $75 - unedited semi token
* $125 - unedited breeding token
* $200 - edited semi token
* $300 - edited breeding token
* MORE TIERS TO BE ADDED

Each tier can only be claimed once, at the point you hit that level of total donations, and can be claimed the same way these items would be when won or purchased via the forums!
