Wandering through the over-warm days, Destiny pondered and plotted quietly to herself. DID she like this oh so fancy boy, or was this yet another dalliance that would falter and flitter away as the nights passed?
Stopping to sniff some brilliant petals, she muttered to herself, "But what if he actually does like me enough... enough to stay more than short time?"
“The only way to find out is to ask him. I never thought my Half Truth would stay, but she has remained faithfully by my side.” It wasn’t like the doe had actually asked her, but... she hadn’t NOT asked. Roses in Bloom approached the doe with a smile.
“I find I often make too many problems for myself in my head that can be worked out simply by asking,” Roses agreed, smiling gently at the doe. She had done it to herself plenty of times— often losing herself in her thoughts instead of just saying things, doing things. Roses in Bloom sat down, looking her over.
“And May I offer my congratulations on your children to be? With... I can only assume this buck, yes?”
