!! SHOP POLICY !! - Reusable Edits

As more and more edits are released out into Matope, and as more and more of these kin breed, it becomes clear that we as a shop need a policy regarding what we will and what we will not reuse from one breeding to another.
The problem is simple: due to the small size of our templates, there are certain edits that can only be pixeled so many ways. When it gets down to the wire and what we're producing is nearly identical to something already created, it's silly for us to create more iterations of the same thing, instead of just reusing what we have. While major edits such as unique hair, tails, horns, and other strange mutations from the base kin templates will never be reused outside of direct lineage breedings without the originator's express permission, there are certain things that we will reuse from time and time again, including outside of the originator's direct lineage.
Any minor fluff edit is going to be free reign for us to use in breedings. There are already two 'default' leg fluffs that have been used for many years, which most users are aware of, and those will remain the 'default' leg fluffs that you can ask for. Others will, however, be reused when it makes sense in breedings. This includes any leg fluff, any chest fluff, small additions to the default tail, as well as [potentially] small bangs, minor ear tufts, etc etc.
Any scale or horn removal is added to the list as well, including facial smoothing, backspine smoothing, eyebrow clearing, beard removal, and so on. Since we can only really remove scales and horns and everything else in so many ways, this is, we hope, logical.
Any minor scale or horn edit is also going to be open for our use. Yes, minor means minor. It means nubby scales, or it means pointer scales, but it doesn't mean totally redrawn. It means, potentially, horns with small blooms on them, or horns that have been broken in half. It means distressed horns and scales as well.
Small accessory edits may also be reused - for example, very small star-shaped beads or pearls, or small feathers or bones.
Any eye edit could potentially be reused as well. Often eye edits result in a certain personality, and usually they're drawn in more or less the same way. These are things that might make sense for us to use in kin again, and it would be difficult to get the same effect without the same pixels.
Certain edits that evolve and are created new from a breeding might also be reused for other, similar circumstances. If a pair of stubby antlers, for example, is made from a full rack for one breeding, they might appear again in another -- but only if it makes sense from the breeding.
Finally, any edits mentioned in the next post will be open for both customs and breedings, and any edit that people would like to donate to the shop can be dropped off in this thread to be added to either list.
Hopefully everyone at shop is understanding of this rule. In general, we try to be a community that encourages sharing and gifting and being friendly with other people, and we do tend to discourage a tight fist. Largely, however, this policy is just in place to preserve our sanity. After all, how many times can we repixel almost the exact same thing?
