Tokens are OOC items that can be turned in to claim kin: semi-custom, custom, breedings, edited and non! When you turn in a token, any colorist may pick up your request, but you're guaranteed your reward!
If you've won one of the tokens below, please use the forms to submit your claim. When your request is picked up by a colorist, the token will be removed from your account.
Note: You must claim your token for yourself! Tokens are fully giftable/tradeable between users, so if you want to give a token as a gift to another user, you are welcome to do so by sending it to them so they can make the claim themselves.

Customs: With custom kin, you get to specify exact details for your kin. This means marking placement, exact colors, and for the edited variety, edits. You can submit art on our quest lines for the colorists to follow, or a written description. Edited Custom Tokens come with roughly $10 worth of edits. Additional edits can be added using add-on tokens. They can also be used either alone to add roughly $10 worth of edits of your choice to an existing kin, or in combination with additional add-on tokens for more edits. NOTE: You cannot edit body shape, such as making a kin butch, anti-butch, or fatcha, on an existing kin with a custom token.

Semi-Customs: With semi-custom kin, you get to provide an inspiration image for colorists to use. You cannot give specific markings, colors, or styles. You cannot specify exact edits. Edited Semi-Custom tokens can also be exchanged to add edits to an existing unedited kin. These edits will be full colorist choice, inspired by your kin's personality and name.

Unedited Semi-Custom Pets: With unedited semi-custom pets or familiars, you get to provide an inspiration image for colorists to use. You cannot give specific markings, colors, or styles. You can specify species of pet.

- Flea Pet + matching Flea Cloud Accessory Alt Form
A small familiar can be a budgie, bunny, ermine, fat fish, foxbun, frog, fennec, regular furbody, hermit crab, humblebee, jellyfish, jerboa, ladybug, marine iguana, mongoose, mouse, nudibranch, pig, songbird, sugar glider, swan, tegu, thoughtling, or watersnake.
A large familiar can be a badger, bat, boar, caiman, cave worm, cheetah, crane, crawfish, dragonfly, eaglehound, giant slug, giant moth, giant spider, giant wasp, golden eagle, lemur, lion, lynx, mantis, marshfowl, otter, owlcat, pangolin, ramcat, ray, rox, sand dog, sea turtle, snow fox, tea dragon, tortoise, or wolf. All rare pets also qualify as "large", with permission from their originator.

This edit will be something added over your current art, matched to the coloring of your existing kin. You can specify basic design, but final interpretation will be up to the colorist. You can also request any existing/premade edit that you have permission to use. It cannot be added to already edited kin.

Revamp Tokens: Revamp tokens aren't intended to totally transform your kin -- their intention is to update old art that may be artifacted from photobucket, that use old ramps or old edits that could use some cleaning, or to reflect changes that happened through RP on a kin's art. In most cases, using a Revamp token on a kin will simply mean updating old, low-contrast or dull palettes to reflect the updated skills of our artists over time, and maybe tightening up old markings. We might adjust some older edits, as well. The main intention is to help you fall in love with an old kin that you have had for a long time and feel an emotional connection to, even if you don't love their art! However, in some cases, more major changes might take place, such as updated colors, moving a kin from one set of lines to another, or adjusting their gender.
All Revamp tokens are Semi-Customs. Artists will use your RP prompt (in the following post) as well as the original art in an attempt to make your art look polished and up to modern Matope standards!
Unedited Revamp - This token can be used on an unedited kin.
Edited Revamp - This token can be used on an edited kin.
Revamp Tokens require a completed RP prompt to be turned in.
