The dainty zikwa let out a puzzled sound as they drew away from the kin they'd bumped into. Something felt tacky on them...was it the berries? It didn't quite smell right, but what else could it be.

"Ah, apologies. And yes, it can be quite the challenge." They couldn't see the buck, didn't realize there was anything amiss with him, but Haven could see, and smell, and the sanddog's hackles were raised, a steady growl trickling from their snarling maw.

Born heard that and it made their ears lay back. "Haven, that's rude."

"Is there a wrong way to take being openly insulted?" Will asked Meadow Lark sweetly. "It seems even pretty kin are capable of being unpleasant, so I won't take it as the slight it could have been."

He turned his attention to Born and raised a brow at her sanddog. "They were right, though, I am unfortunately rather unattractive due to an accident. It seems it is even upsetting your little pet. You have my apologies alongside my assurances that I mean no harm to anyone."

Lmfaoooooooo. It goes against her better nature to be so openly truthful towards someone in a less than positive manner so it’s funny she only hit 1/5. Plus she’s semi distracted so this works out rather well hahahahhaa. Will get her rp post up for this later.

Also, did her feelings about this follow her into another booth. Why yes, yes it did.

She gave a minor shrug, if he thought she was being insulting then that was his call. He DID look terrifying and it was in her right to say so, even if it wasn't essentially a kind thing to do. In this case she was more than willing to accept it. At least she said it to his face and not behind his back.

Giving the booth a second go, she found that she was quite distracted, as the first two shots missed, the third hit it's mark, and then she missed twice more. Frowning she looked at the two owls upon her back. Part of her DID feel bad for essentially openly insulting someone, even though she wasn't so much as insulting him as much as she was stating a fact. But that was just her. She'd feel guilty for crushing a woodland animals home on accident. Shaking her head she just let it go, there was nothing to be done about it now, and she didn't want to go near that particular kin again, if even to apologize.

Prompt: Sunshine Riptide was pleased with this attempt at hitting things. Or just listening for the sound of the berries. She may have been hanging about, watching other kin try hitting their targets, and keeping an ear open for the satisfying splurt of berries on bark.

Prompt: Waves wanderd back into the booth. Oh Motherfather, he forgot here. He picked up the berries, feeling a little sad he'd missed some time. But it was alright, hopefully in the end he would come back with someone Harmony would love.

His first roll, ah another leaf! Another chance at a new friend for his mentor.

His second roll, hearts? Huh...he wondered what that might net him a chance at.

His third roll, another heart! Well..more chances at another pet right? It was for pets right?

His fourth roll, ah a miss. He wasn't too bothered about it, as it was his only miss so far. He felt his luck would hold, even if it hadn't been the best luck so far.

His last roll. Another leaf! The best way to end it out for now. He sighed, pleased at least he had a few more chances. He thanked the booth owners on his way out, sheepishly apologizing for missing a week.
