She is a believer that foals are born small and helpless. but that did not stop this kio from hunting every day. in her dream she admired their innocence, their naivety. most were born without worries. she even played with them, rolled them over with her own hoof. until one day, she looked down at them in sheer hunger and snapped her jaws tightly onto their fragile necks... she did them a special favour by giving them instant death. soon there was nothing left but bones a and carcasses of her dead prey... she was born a predator and no matter how hard she tried to change into something less carnivorous, her thirst for blood will always resurface...

When she awoke, she was reminded that anything and everything beautiful in the swamp are after all, short-lived. including herself if she is not careful.
