Sea of Tears stares at the thing for a moment, then shrugs. "I don't know either but that's a weird looking fish. I don't think I want it..." She eyeballs it and then scoots a little further away from it.

Try as she might, today just wasn't in Rhythm's favor. The zikwa had spent too long waiting, feeling, hoping... but either her yanks were timed wrong, or simply nothing would bite and the cramps in her neck forced her to finally retreat from the fishing pool with disappointment clear in her shuffling gait. Hopefully tomorrow would be kinder to her, or another booth will be able to cheer her up before she goes to sleep.

Sea Sighed was walking through the Winter Market thoroughfare and felt a chill run down his spine. He stopped in his tracks, nearly at Sea of Tears' booth. Movement to his left had him jerking his head to see, only to catch a glance of brown fur darting behind a large rock. With ears pinned back, he slipped into the freezing pond, more focused on watching his back than catching fish. If you asked him, he'd tell you he doesn't remember catching the four fish at Sea of Tears' feet, shaking like a leaf more than usual.

Night Fishing had missed a day due to illness(throwing a pity party) ... but she was feeling better and ready to give it another go.
Back to the grindbrine grind, and oh wow was she glad she'd gotten over herself.
