Flop looked up and smiled at the night sky. The glowing lights of the stars were a comforting light to her sensitive eyes, and she searched intently for the constellation she had in mind. Her tail flicked when she spotted it, and she jumped up happily. "Right there!" she called. Flop looked to a few of the nearby kin and began her story, her tail tracing the configuration of the constellation subconsciously.

"That's the Tallest Tree! There was once a little lizard who wanted to find the best, tallest basking spot in the forest. He went on a quest to find the tallest tree to climb. Each one he found was taller than the last, and eventually he found one that was so tall he couldn't even see the top. So, he knew he'd found his perfect basking tree. The little lizard climbed and climbed, leaving the land behind. The leaves came into view, and sparkled with morning water droplets. Or, so he thought. The tree was so tall that it turned into stars halfway up. Still, a perfect basking spot was nothing to shy away from. He climbed all the way to the top and rested on the enormous branches of the tree where he could enjoy the sun all day."

Adrift in the Sea liked to tell stories. "I'm going to tell you about a whale. Though some said if's a fish, but I believe it's a whale, since that's what I was told when I was a little filly. Anyway, you see that constellation right there. It's a whale and you won't be able to tell me otherwise. It was known for it's long life as well as bringing those that were lost at sea to shore. It was sorta of what you would call a savior of the seas. It's good deeds ensured it would be remembered for eternity and when it passed the stars suddenly seemed brighter and more whale shaped. Now, whether or not it's true, I'm not sure. I'm just sharing what I was told."
