Cobra: The Danger Noodle Familar

Professor Harmony tossed out four bi-color orbs into the crowd. Like homing beacons, they zipped towards four members of the audience and floated before them. When they take them in hand, one side of the ball opens and slowly, a cobra uncurls from inside and rears up, looking at you with a critical eye.

"No need to be afraid. They most likely won't hurt you."

The crowd murmured. Most likely? Harmony rolled her eyes and waved her hand dismissively.

"You are all professionals, I have confidence you will figure it out. Unless you aren't in which case GOOD LUCK, please consult your local Professor for further assistance!" She beamed a bright smile. Someone in the crowd crawled onto their chair to hide from the Cobra near them. "People, people, there are 11.6 foot tall snakes in this world too, get yourselves together!!!"

The knowledge of this seemed to silence the crowd in shock and most likely terror. Harmony cleared her throat.

"ANYWAY..." she twirls her long pointer wand in one hand. "Cobras are fairly common. They were discovered in a wet, jungle biome quite a aways from here.." What she doesn't say that is that during a sojourn through one of the Obelisks, she arrived in a dense and wet place, something like the Swamp but much more lush and green. She encountered these new familiars, observed them for quite some time and then returned home with a clutch of their eggs after asking. She had been carefully cultivating these new creatures in secret and inwardly was shouting happily that now she can show off the effort of her work. The pride was most likely showing on her face.

OOC: Cobras will be an open edit after WM BUT if you want to get one if you win a familiar bag, you can! (but only if you get a bag, no putting them in the CC till after WM ) Get your noodles!

"Treat them well and they will be great companions one day, as should be the rule for any familiar you wish to keep with you." She goes on to outline the diet and their preferred environment, wandering across the stage back and forth while twirling her pointer in her hand as she lectures. You find it interesting at first, but as she drones on, you start to feel kind of sleepy. Harmony, sensing she has been going on too long, glances over the crowd and smirks. She slams her pointer across the screen again, the whip crack sound echoing around the forum.

"NEXT SLIDE!"
