Once Pleasant Dreams passes space 100!
Once Pleasant Dreams decided to go ahead and give this Craigs & Creatures game a go. She didn't know if she was particularly good at games, but she figured she could go ahead and give it a try. The worst that would happen would be that it took her forever to finish. Hopefully that wouldn't be the case. Giving a look at some of the other's that seemed to be playing it for a while she wondered if she'd play it just as long. Going ahead she took in a breath, tossed her hair from her face and went ahead and rolled the first die. Rolling a 5 seemed like a good start and she went ahead and rolled the second one and found herself on space 11. Nothing too exciting and nothing too boring so far. Her glowing blue gaze looked at some of the others again and she looked back towards the game and hoped she'd keep going forward and wouldn't hopefully hit any back spaces along the way.
The next two rolls proved decent as she moved forward to spaces 16 and 18 where she was prompted to go to space 33, and then ultimately left off on 34 as her finally roll. The next set of rolls resulted in a flower, a few more spaces forward and then a space where she had to roll an additional die to see if she'd go forward or backward. Giving the dice a go she was pleased to end up with an even number and thus moved onward to space 64. So far everything seemed to be going quite well! Smiling she couldn't help but feel a little bit excited with her game play. Rolling she moved on and then landed on another spot with a flower! Though, she ultimately had to go back to space 54, but she was okay with that. The real goal of this was to gain tickets right? So if she had to go back then she had to. Rolling once more left her on space 57.
She much enjoyed rolling the dice in sets of three, anymore would be a little too nerve-wrecking for her. Though she supposed the excitement in rolling them all at once was probably enjoyable to some. She was rewarded with a ticket at space 58 and then moved on to space 64 and found it funny as a sense of déjà vu, given she had moved to that space early on and was now landing upon it once more. Finishing on space 70 for her turn she was finding she quite enjoyed the lengthiness this particular game possessed when it came to reaching the finish line.
As she felt the spaces passing her by as she went to 73, 78 which was a bump to 83 and then to 86 she had a feeling she'd be finished with her final set of rolls. 91 crept up and then 97. The odds of her going backwards at this point were possible, especially if she rolled a 1, but she wasn't going to be too devastated in the event that happened. Rolling her final dice it placed her past space 100 and finishing the game! While she wasn't the first to finish for the week she still felt a wave of accomplishment rolling over her. This was something she had completed on her own, without the assistance of her sire. She didn't mind eliciting help when needed but this wasn't the type of event in which she could, or should, have someone do it for her or at least help in some way. Smiling at no one but herself she gave a happy little shuffle of her feet and moved away so someone else could also join in.
