Okay, full honesty, Story didn't really think he could call a certain legendary his foe. They barely knew each other ... But I Will Always Come Back had senselessly killed trees to further his own ends and that was unforgivable.

He threw a rock at the log hoping that this all would help let it all go. He missed and it didn't.

The descent initially worried Fight Risk, but the acha had to reorient herself to her new situation. Fine, she was fine, as long as no one irked her too much or- what did they mean by being trapped here forever? No. That can't be. She wasn't one to stay in one place for too long!

Certainly she could focus and be patient but it's with the knowledge that this too shall pass. The threatened permanence of her situation unnerved her and got under Fight Risk's skin. That was probably why when she tried to catch something, she only lost her bait.

You reel in nothing. Well, you tried.

Smiling at my Foes wasn't normally one for fishing, but decided to go with it this time. The acorn was brought up, and he couldn't help but smile right back into the unsettling eyes.

Soul Out Of Time actually enjoys the stories told by the old fish. It reminds her of a time long past--a better time in her opinion. Perhaps she'll keep this fish alive on the boat somehow to keep as a conversation partner--if she could find some sort of container.

Soul Out Of Time tossed her rock at the log as the odd multicolored creature suggested. Though her throw made contact, she did not feel the entertainment nor satisfaction that it claimed the activity would bring her. Truly, she was still trying to wrap her head around what the creature is!

Frog was used to things seeming to just happen at them - it came from being naturally scatterbrained and lacking in spatial awareness. But this was a bit much.

The resignation of the acha and the strangeness of the situation was enough to give even the bubbly Frog pause for thought, and they instinctively crouched down as the giant tree stump bobbed sickeningly.

Frog was decent at fishing, in a pond, but this was the ocean. But Tricks looked so woebegone, so they grabbed one of the rods and peered gingerly over the side.
