Crabs Under the Moon, if caught, would begin to panic. He would be so far from home and all the others under his care, he would have to get back as soon as possible! All the panicked running back and forth eventually causes the cage to fall over and roll around. The trap door would be jostled open and the little crab would dart out and swim home as fast as he could.

Favorite fictional crustacean: Karkat Homestuck (iykyk)
Color: Blue
Escape: One-Eyed dragon first incites a riot amongst her fellow crabs. When several of them have been crushed in the excitement, she removes their legs and offers them to other crabs as food, creating Crab Thunderdome in the process. Once enough dead crabs pile up it is easy for her to escape (along with anyone else who evaded the carnage, I guess. Hopefully there were no other kin in there...)

[*] Lethal Current was NOT about to become someone’s lunch. He refused. With a MIGHTY roar - that came out as a very very quiet squeak - he smashed his claws fiercely through their prison. A soft plink was heard. He snapped his claws thunderously. Tiny clicks echoed through the cavern. And he turned, on the precipice of freedom, to rally his fellow crab prisoners.

Unfortunately crabs don’t talk, but his claw waving seemed to convey the main idea.

Favorite fictional crustacean: The shrimp from Finding Nemo
Color: Blue
Escape: Tidal Terror was used to solving her problems by being large and having a thick skull. In lieu of that, she was somehow good at having the element of surprise on her side. Also she could change forms at will. But none of that was happening today.
She did have pincers, which was new. She could snap and scuttle. If enough crabs snapped and scuttled...they could defeat the cage. She was sure of it! Chaaaarge!
