Name Origin: Constantly lost in some daydream, he was quick to fall behind. Even as a lamb, he found himself easily distracted, always running to catch up to his twin. Perhaps it was lucky that they were taken in by calm beachgoers, he never would have survived in a typical Totoma pack.
His distracted nature had actually prepared him well for his job among the tribe. When he would help his fathers with their food orders, he always kept a level head during the big rushes. He was used to falling behind, so his bursts of focus and cool nature worked well to get him through his tasks. After the triumph of a particularly difficult summer day, his tribe put a name to what he was so good at, playing catch-up.

Name Origin: A life on an idyllic sandy bar doesn't seem like the ideal place for a young Totoma and her brother to earn names, but she was determined. There was always work to be done, and things to be smashed by their strong hooves. When she was unable to break down a downed tree that threatened her home, she took a deep breath and a break, before returning with mustered strength to break the thick trunk.
