about Inheriting his mother's gifts, Nightfall sees shadows and specters of the past and future in the sunbeams. Unlike his mother, he doesn't really appreciate his gift at all, rather it's something of a curse and eternal headache for him. Sometimes he can't tell the difference between these visions and real kin and that scares him.

about As soft-spoken as she is quiet-footed, Soft Steps is a kiokote who lives alone. She's a bit of a scatterbrain and just drifts from one thing to another. Demure and wickedly shy, perhaps she is akin to a wallflower. Berries are her favorite food and she indulges herself often.

come again A magnificent creature she met. He took a liking to her as a child and has followed her ever since. Come Again has a very regal air but is also kinda sorta haughty. Has the bad habit of scoffing at people.

He feels responsible for his brother Burn Them All's actions and tries to make it up to the people his brother has wronged.

Even though she is the middle child of her siblings, she takes it upon herself to keep everyone happy and healthy, which proves to be quite a task seeing as Where We Were is wooing a different doe every time she turns her head, What Comes After is always disappearing, and Please Don't Go turns into a ball of slush when his sister's gone. But it's okay... hang in there...

But sometimes she gets overcome by a feeling and she disappears into the swamp (which causes sister, Riverrun, no end of headaches). Calm and composed, she never loses her temper and has complete control over her emotions.

about There is something a little bit off about Rime. An air of coldness follows her around, and thought she seems interesting and delicate, she also seems a bit... dangerous. It's hard to say what she's really like as she talks little but it seems right to compare her to winter. At times she seems beautiful and ethereal, at times she seems harsh and unforgiving, and sometimes she is both at once.

If Wolf Skull is a stranger in the swamps, then Waking Wolves is even more awkward. She dreams incessantly of the homeland she's never seen in anything but her dreams.

naming She was always the quiet one, always the follower, as a child. Those who knew her sire questioned her passivity. She was the sister to be protected, the daughter to be sheltered. Everyone thought her meek up until the day her brother was wounded by another kin. The sight of her brother's blood awoke something in her and she charged without mercy at the other kin. It took two of her brother to pull her away, else she would have torn the offender's throat. After that, everyone knew that her blood had woken.
