Whispering Smoke: Truth is in the Bark
Truly Mine, with a pebble held proudly in her lovely teeth and a song in her step, took a moment to size up the lovely buck running the booth. She'd be lying if she said it wasn't his looks and demure-at-first voice that hadn't attracted her first, but the bark cards soon caught her full attention. Her rock set aside, she sized them up with an artist's eyes, and hummed thoughtfully. She asked after this and that, setting aside three even as she queried after more. Then, she pushed the chosen set forward.

No matter how sweet the companionship, no matter how sturdy the soil, it will pass. It fades, and that is why every moment should be a treasure."
