Name Origin: As she grew up, this totoma hated direct and brutish ways of fighting and hunting. She was far too graceful to just barrel in and knock heads with her quarry. With her tendency to hunt at night, she began learning to use the shadows and stealth to her advantage. It didn't take her long to discover that her hunts were far more successful when she leapt on her prey from the shadows. As she honed her skills, she transitioned to a near-nocturnal lifestyle. She took on hunting and guarding shifts after dark and slept throughout the day. After witnessing her stealthy prowess for themselves, her peers began referring to her as Pounces from Shadows.
