
Winter wasn't her favorite season. When she got to snuggle with Half-Truth, it was more palatable. Doable. She could stay warm, sigh wistfully about the magic of winter, and decidedly stay out of it. But here she was, alone. Moping to herself, Roses in Bloom tossed her hair and sighed.
In her own melancholy, she barely heard the quiet voice.
"Yes, hello? Hello!" She sat up, trying to get eyes on the stranger. Her ears perked, and Roses squinted her eyes.
"Is that you by the entrance, my dear? Please, come in! Come in!"
