Kiss nodded her head as the kio had finished showing the demo. She honestly did not pay close attention to what he did and just guessed her simple steps. After all she just had to gather ingredients and mash them together right?
Looking around the winter market booths, she managed to snatch some pale berries in her mouth and dropped them into an empty turtle shell. She wondered if the berries were poisonous since her tongue felt a little strange...
The next thing she snatched was near the back of the swamp away from the booths at Rosegrave's rose garden. Without looking she picked some up in her mouth and ran off. This too she placed into the hollow shell. "Hm,,,purple...." she thought. Was that safe or was that dangerous? He r mind went blank not knowing the answer to her own question and she moved on to collect the final ingredient.
She became somewhat picky with her last choice and walked a little further towards the lake to find some green aloe. Snapping some off with her bare teeth, the plant felt cool and solid in her mouth. This too, she took back and placed the entire piece awkwardly into the shell.
Her ramcat got impatient and snarled at her. The doe just shrugged off the remark and went full out stomping her front hoof into the shell. She had zero clues or any sense of reason while mashing the ingredients together! Half the aloe flew out of the shell and she continued to mash with her other hoof, spilling some of the squashed berries. There was less than half of what she initially put in but something pasty and uniform in colour started to appear. It was not much but enough to show the pair what she had finally made: "medicine"
Proudly she shoved the turtle shell over at them to observe her creation.
