Streams of Silver has always been a dainty kin of small stature, and she hated it. She wants to be seen as a leader figure, not as someone small or useless. She wants to be the protector, not the protectee. She constantly pushes herself to be competitive and strong, going on journeys and hunts to prove her worth to herself and to others, and also for fun; she enjoys pushing her body to its limits. As an explorer, she's been to all corners of the swamp. She even found and tamed muskies, seeing them as exceptional examples of the potential that would be better reached with the help of kin.

Streams of Silver is incurably proud. She's proud of her exceptional pelt and spares no effort in keeping it well-groomed and beautiful, shems proud of the esteem she's held in and will do anything possible to avoid letting those who rely on her down. She was compensating at first, held herself awkwardly but tried to be sincere, and has since mellowed out some with the recognition and responsibility of family. As she has constantly strived to better herself, Streams of Silver has also grown an interest in cultivating the potential of others around her. She has grown from someone who took pains not to be judged by her slight appearance, but by her actions, into a well-established and respected doe and leader of a small tribe. She has an interest in cultivating potential, particularly overlooked potential. You can see this with her taming the muskwolves, and she could further do this now with other kin, as a legendary, granting blessings, providing wisdom or a little expertise, etc.

Ascending would let her do this in ways she couldn't before! Her tribe and family played a role in her growth, giving Blessings and being seen as a source of the swamp's wisdom would mean opening that same opportunity to others. Ascending is probably not going to do anything about how prideful she is: she might bite off more than she can chew, now that every kin in the swamp is potentially someone she needs to protect. Streams of Silver has never stopped pushing herself to be better or more than she presently is, but becoming Legendary would do more than just reduce her limits. She'd take it as a challenge to do more, but in different ways than before.

Being chosen by the Motherfather would broaden the scope of 'kin she feels responsible for protecting.' There's a whole swamp's worth now, and her extensive travels and hunts have shown her just what a breadth of kin and places that includes.

Sil's encounter with the Motherfather has left her no less proud, but more uncertain of herself, and with more of a drive to prove herself. While she feels that her role in the swamp is not to act as a potential leader, not anymore, she still strives to be competent, and confident, and is still exploring the swamp with her family in a bid to experience new things.

She's more willing to listen than she was before, less likely to share her thoughts unless she is completely certain of them. Certainly, she's terser and quieter than she's ever been before.
