Yes, that adult is an opportunistic omnivore and that baby would fit in its mouth. Leachies will eat other lizards! A babby is "another lizard."

I am not sure if that is with all gecko species but I read that for example Leopard geckos are carnivores and sometimes they even eat they babys.
