Your health is more important than trying to be perfect at work. You make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes and it's okay. If you learn from those mistakes, and you do, then you're doing just fine.

There will be times when you will emotionally disconnect from the world and that's okay too. You have friends who are looking out for you and will help bring you back to your safe place as need be. You are strong and you deserve all the good in the world, even though you don't always think so.

You keep pushing forward, making it to the little goals while still going along the way to the big one, and not giving up on the big goal even though it seems too far away to reach. Keep going, because you'll reach there if you do.


Going to be honest, this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. But, it was harder in a good way.
